It takes as many as 25-minutes to maneuver through a simple junction during peak time. Ugandan Drivers hardly give due care and attention to other Drivers at Junctions/ Intersections and Roundabouts causing much unnecessary delays.
We do not respect rights of way (Matatus etc.).
